TrueKompanions was founded in the beginning of 2022 by Bart van der Lugt, Niek Knibbe & Ron van der Zanden. Due to the lack of strong IT professionals that already have experience and the constant need for IT resources within the Netherlands, TrueKompanions was born.We foresee that recruiting talent within the Netherlands is going to get increasingly harder and it's our vision that adding new talent, that is unknown to the Dutch working force, is the solution for this problem.TrueKompanions does this by providing a complete end-to-end service from recruitment, to relocation, to community building in the Netherlands.
